This policy explains how AISemantixSEO delivers its SEO, AEO and GEO packages, and when you can cancel or receive a refund. By buying a package, you agree to this policy. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. What you are buying

Each package page lists what is included and the price in US dollars. Our packages are professional digital services, such as audits, technical fixes, schema implementation, content strategy and reporting. No physical goods are shipped. Packages are one-time purchases unless the package page says otherwise.

2. How ordering works

• After you pay, you receive a payment confirmation from our payment provider and an order email from us.
• We then send you a short intake request asking for your website address and any access we need, such as a WordPress editor login, Google Search Console access or Google Business Profile access.
• Work starts on the “start date”, which is the day we have both your confirmed payment and the information we need.

3. Delivery timelines

Timelines are counted in business days from the start date.

Larger packages may state a different timeline on their package page, and that page takes priority. If you are late with access or information, the timeline moves by the same number of days. We will tell you in writing if we expect any other delay.

How we deliver

We deliver by email or a shared document or PDF, or by making the agreed changes directly on your site or profile. Every delivery comes with a written summary of what was done.

4. Revisions and support

After delivery, you have 7 days to ask for one round of corrections or clarifications on anything that does not match the package description. New work outside the package scope is quoted or sold separately.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• Before the start date: cancel by email and receive a full refund.
• After the start date, before delivery: you can cancel and receive a refund for the part of the work not yet done. We will confirm the amount in writing before we issue it.
• After final delivery: payments are not refundable, except in the cases in section 6.

6. When we refund after delivery

• We did not deliver what the package page describes, and we could not fix it within the 7-day revision window. We refund the price of the affected package.
• You were charged twice, or the wrong amount, by mistake.

7. What is not covered

• Results are not guaranteed. Search engines and AI tools change often and are outside our control. We do not promise specific rankings, traffic, citations or revenue, and a lack of movement alone is not a reason for a refund.
• Changes made to your site or profiles by you or third parties after delivery.
• Costs from other companies, such as paid tools, plugins, hosting or licenses.

8. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email bayazid@aisemantixseo.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, and they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Currency conversion differences and bank fees are set by your bank or card issuer and are not refundable by us.

9. Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first. We want to fix it quickly, and it is usually faster than a dispute with your bank. If a chargeback is opened, we will give our payment provider the order records, delivery records and our correspondence with you.

10. Your part

• Give accurate information and the access we ask for, ideally with the lowest permission level that lets us do the work.
• Take a backup of your site before we make changes. We recommend this for every implementation package.
• Remove our access when the project ends. We use any access you give only for your project.
